Free 20-minutes tour introducing the Estorick Collection which brings together some of the finest and most important works created by Italian artists during the first half of the twentieth century, and is Britain’s only museum devoted to modern Italian art with Futurists such as Umberto Boccioni, Carlo Carrà and Luigi Russolo to Amedeo Modigliani and Giorgio de Chirico, the founder of Metaphysical Art.
Private 50-minute specialist tour of the Estorick Collection delivered by a member of the curatorial team, followed by a 10-minute Q&A, in which your students will have the opportunity to explore the themes, movements and artists represented in the permanent collection in depth.
Specialist workshop designed to uncover the pedagogical practices behind the Estorick Collection’s learning programme. Your students will have the opportunity to learn the different techniques that we implement to inspire creativity, critical thinking and innovation in primary and secondary students while learning about Italian modern art. Suitable for PGCE groups.
