Carlo Carrà's Atmospheric Swirls — A Bursting Shell, led by artist Elena Tempesta. Elena will explore why Carrà's portrayal of mechanical warfare remains so compelling.
Elena Tempesta is an artist based in Washington DC, studying metals and jewellery at James Madison University. Her work seeks to blend the digital world with the natural one through the combination of metal and glasswork. She will be giving a short talk on Carlo Carrà and why his portrayal of mechanical warfare is so intriguing.
Free entry for full-time students from 17.00.
