Alexander Archipenko pioneered the use of negative space to represent parts of the body in his sculptures. This class will present poses from life that create interesting negative spaces and drawing exercises focusing on the spaces around the subject.
Suitable for all levels of experience. Please bring paper and a 2B pencil. Drawing boards will be provides and paper will be available to purchase by the sheet.
